Move Coordination

Your household move will be managed by one of our professional team coordinators, who will be your single point of contact throughout the entire process. Your coordinator will help you plan your packing, loading and delivery dates and is always available to answer your questions.

Loading

Each of your items are marked, labeled and an inventory is taken and documented upon arrival. Your bulky furniture will be upholstered in secure blankets then bubble wrapped in plastic which will completely cover your furniture, protecting it from dirt, scratches, damage and worse of all insects.

Our Trucks & Drivers

Our brand new trailers are equipped with the best suspension system to ensure that your belongings are transported in a secure and safest manner. Our drivers has undertaken intense training in proper techniques to maneuver all types of furniture, as well as, particular procedures of loading our trucks in order to save you time and money. We provide our drivers with training, including but not limited to, customer service, safety, Department of Transportation compliance, Motor Carrier Compliance and equipment standards. In training, our drivers learn to have a better understanding of how performance can continually improve, curriculum that covers the fleet ranking process, quality of customer service, the process of handling claims, daily operations and the shipping process.

Loading & Unloading

Upon arrival, your items will be loaded securely unto our trailer using state of the art equipment. When unloading your items, we will be happy to place all the items in the rooms you designate. Assembly of beds, bookcases and other furniture is available upon request.

Crating

Priceless and high -value items such as artwork, electronic equipment or delicate collectibles may need some additional attention to properly ensure that the items are not in jeopardy while in transit. We strongly recommend custom crating to protect fragile or non-standard sized belongings.

Full Service Packing

All items in your home are packed by our experts, upon request, using the most innovative methods and efficient tools and materials in the industry. There are three options for packing: full-service packing, fragile-only packing and self-pack. If self-pack is chosen, our long-distance movers can provide you with the necessary moving supplies such as moving boxes, tape and stretch wrap. Other moving services include disassembly and/or assembly of furniture and appliances.

Fragile Packing

Priceless belongings and high-value items such as glassware, artwork, fragile furniture pieces, mirrors, and family heirloom we recommend that you take drastic measures to protect. We will professionally wrap and pack them with care.

Storage

We provide our customers with outstanding storage facilities. You can store anything, including artwork and temperature sensitive items. Our storage facilities are climate controlled and secure with 24 hour surveillance cameras and security. Storage facilities can provide a simple, secure solution for any short- or long-term storage needs that may arise during your move.

Free Basic Liability Protection

Basic Liability Protection is free. It provides repair or replacement up to a maximum of $.60 per pound per article in case of damage or loss. Other insurance options are also available.
